TenSoft has undertaken a second project with the Health Consumers Council of Western Australia to do a complete upgrade and implementation of upgrades to their original (Australia first) integrated health consumer feedback data system This tool allows real time co-ordination of addressing of complaints whilst providing a strong reporting backbone
